Your pet's regular food (to avoid diet changes), any daily medication with clear instructions, and a comfort item like a blanket or toy. Beds, bowls, and treats are provided by the resort.
Boarding guests receive a daily photo or video via WhatsApp, plus live webcam access for deluxe suites. Daycare guests receive an activity log at pick-up time.
Standard hours are 08:00 to 20:00 daily. Early or late handover can be arranged for boarding stays with 24 hours notice and a small surcharge.
